Terms of Service

Welcome to Thesis (“Thesis”, “we”, “us”), a social platform for crypto research and token theses on Solana. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Thesis.

1. Not financial advice

Nothing on Thesis is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Theses, votes, reputation scores, prices, and charts are user-generated or informational only and are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose everything. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including securities and tax laws.

3. Non-custodial wallets and on-chain actions

• Thesis never takes custody of your private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
• Wallet verification, token burns used for voting, and payments to unlock chats are signed by you in your own wallet. Once signed and submitted, on-chain transactions are irreversible, including token burns, which are permanent and non-refundable.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and any gas or network fees.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the theses, comments, and other content you post. You grant Thesis a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

5. Reputation, voting, and payments

• Reputation is derived from community votes on thesis quality and may change at any time.
• Each like or dislike may require burning a utility token. Such burns are final.
• Paid direct messages send the recipient’s set price directly to their wallet. An optional platform fee, if enabled, is disclosed before you sign.

6. Prohibited conduct

• No scams, fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• No spam, vote manipulation, harassment, or posting unlawful or infringing content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access at our discretion to enforce these Terms or protect the community. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thesis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from market activity, on-chain transactions, third-party data, or your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
